Invented by celebrated international fitness guru Sebastien Lagree, SPX has long been heralded by Hollywood's elite and professional athletes as their fitness regime of choice. Sebastien has created a much more aggressive and cardio-intensive workout than any classic Pilates session could ever deliver. SPX is largely based on the holistic principles of pilates but also emphasizes the strength training and cardio elements not inherent to Pilates. It is designed to strengthen, tighten and tone the body quickly and safely. All in just 45 minutes!
This 45 minute high-octane, shirt drenching workout will improve body strength and endurance and jump start your metabolism. It's time efficient, burns fat, strengthens the body, tightens your muscle, as well as increases your postural alignment, and restores your body's natural balance.
