Our focus is on individual personal training and small group training, which are offered on a unique a la carte basis, without the usual initiation fees, monthly dues, or long-term commitment.  This allows you to create your own fitness program-or have us structure one for you-expressly suited to fit your goals, schedule, and budget.

Pilates :


Although pilates is relatively new to “mainstream” fitness, this method of total body conditioning has been around since the early 1900’s.  The primary piece of equipment used is the reformer, which operates on various spring levels which are adjusted depending on the client’s strength, weight and height.  Some of the results from pilates include:

  • spine stabilization and alignment

  • spinal elongation and mobility

 Our Pilates trainers hail from a wide variety of backgrounds and specialties and have manyyears of experience and numerous certifications. The result is a cohesive Pilates staff that can meet the wide array of interests and fitness goals of our clientele. Sculpt offers individual pilates training sessions as well as small group classes, which must be booked in advance.  If you cannot find a class time that meets your schedule, then find 2-3 friends and we will find an instructor to accomodate YOUR schedule.  


Personal Training: 

Sculpt trainers will assist you in creating innovative cardiovascular, strength, and conditioning programs.   One of the unique aspects to Sculpt is our integrated approach to fitness and health.  In keeping with this philosophy, we encourage our clients to mix and match various types of training in order to maximize results.  Before we can begin helping you achieve your specific fitness goals, we will first meet with you to discuss your health history and injury profile.  With your permission, we may also contact your physicians, physical therapists, or specialists who can offer us valuable insights about your existing or pre-existing conditions.  The more we know about your health, the more accurately we can design a safe and effective program for you.  Clients are placed intot a plan that best fits their fitness goals, fitness level, workout style, schedule, budget, and lifestyle.  We try to continue to modify and shape your plan to fit your changing needs as your relationship with us grows and changes.


Two key factors that will determine the success of your fitness program are session frequency and exercise adherence. Your fitness program can be designed for one-on- one training or group training. You can choose to incorporate different elements to your training regime such as:

Small Group Training:

We offer small group training classes such as TRX, Spinning, Aquatics, Stability ball, Pilates, Yoga and our signature SCULPTED class (which is a combination of yoga, pilates, barre work, and flexibility training).   We also offer group reformer classes that are limited to 6 people.  All classes must be booked in advance due to avoid overcrowding.  You can check our online schedule for more class information, times and pricing.

Muscle Activation Techniques :


Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT) is a comprehensive state of the art checks and balances approach to identifying muscular imbalances. Weak or inhibited muscles can often create the need for other muscles to tighten up and compensate and help stabilize the joints.  This can create imbalances in the body, as well as pain.  MAT gets to the root of pain or injury by addressing muscle weakness rather than muscle tightness.  This helps restore normal body alignment, thereby decreasing pain and reducing the risk of injury.
